As co-presidents of the Lake County After School Coalition, we would like to ask you take a few minutes to answer some questions for a survey that will help identify all after school/out of school programming in Lake County. Our goal is to continuously update our resource guide of all after-school programming available in Lake County. The guide is available below so providers of after-school programs can learn from each other, as well as use it to plan out-of-school activities for the youth in Lake County.
The LCASC was founded in October, 2003 and consists of a coalition of community leaders dedicated to increasing access to quality after school and youth development programs in Lake County based on each community’s needs and resources. The Leadership Team includes elected officials, chiefs of police, park district directors, community organizations, social service providers, library directors, faith-based organizations and educators.
The LCASC Leadership Team needs your input regarding after school programs within your organization. Please take a few minutes out of your busy day to fill out the enclosed questionnaire.
